NEW TEAM FOR 2026

The Park is now open for the 2026 season. The Pavilion is open 9.30 – 3.30 and there will be four tours a day, seven days a week until the end of October. We do already have quite a number of group bookings and educational tours booked in, which will mean that tours are limited on certain days so do please book via the website.
We have a new Team for 2026. After several years of wardening, Ellie’s sister Denene has found a full time role closer to home and wont be rejoining us this season. Sandra Curry has replaced her and will be leading tours along with Rick and Ellie. Sandra has a broad experience in customer facing roles, including taking people to see Santa in Lapland so she should be warm enough at Chillingham.
Emma Cawdry is again helping Lara in the Pavilion. However, she will not be with us for the entire season as she is expecting her second child. Mandy Mease has joined the Pavilion crew and will be ready to fill Emma’s shoes when the time comes.
Our many thanks to Denene for all her work over the years and our congratulations to Emma. We are delighted to welcome Sandra and Mandy to the Team and I very much expect that you will enjoy meeting them.
