Thank goodness it is a bit cooler. The flies were beginning to be a pest. Some of the uncles were getting very grumpy and it was best not to walk to close to them in case you got a jab for your troubles and I can tell you a jab from one of the uncle’s horns is not something to be taken lightly.

There is lots of grass here and we are not having to go far to graze. Mum and I have not been up to the top of the park for a few weeks now so there will be lots of grass up there too. That is, if old Twolegs has not been up there with his spitty thing and chopped it all up, the sort of stupid thing he would do – like eating bitter yellows. The clot.

Twolegsnahat seems to have survived his bitter yellows too and he has been showing us off to the twolegged brigade. They seem to have lots of little two legged ones with them too. I wonder why they have appeared now. Probably trying to find somewhere to abandon them. Not here if you don’t mind.

Wilde a calf.
