Children’s Pollinator Workshop a Buzzing Success!

Children and adults had an amazing time at our Children’s Pollinator Workshop!

Lead by Wardens Ellie and Denene, a group of local children learned all about the pollinators of Chillingham Park.

They made bee drinkers and bug hotels, played games, enjoyed a trailer ride through Chillingham Woods and a walk and talk in the Cattle Park!

Anthea attended with her daughter Marigold and had to say…

“Such a great balance of art and craft, active games to burn off energy, foraging and learning about the cattle and the Chillingham Park ecosystem. It is a brilliant initiative – suitable for local families so we appreciate what is on our doorstep and also a great experience for visitors to the area. I will highly recommend it to other families.”
