New Facilities at Chillingham Park!!

In days of yore, when visitors walked to the Hemmel in the middle of the Park, we did receive some negative feedback regarding the lack of lavatorial facilities. We could not provide such facilities there as there was no water and no means of vehicular access.

Now that we have relocated the Visitor Center, we can provide a lavatory. It may not be the most beautiful lavatory in Britain, but it is so much better than no lavatory! This view is shared by grateful visitors as it certainly seems sees some use.

A plastic rent-a-bog is not really in keeping with the Chillingham experience and hopefully it will not be with us for too long. If we can raise the funds, the plan is for the old Bandstand to be completely renovated, incorporating more suitable facilities.
