LONG TOUR WITH THE PARK MANAGER- 7th JUNE

Angus Collingwood-Cameron, has been involved at Chillingham for over 20 years, firstly as a Trustee and then as Park Manager since 2019. On the 7th June, he will be leading a special long walking tour of the Park with a particular focus on the built infrastructure of the Park.
Chillingham Park is best known for its famous inhabitants, its landscape and its vegetation. However, it does contain some interesting built structures, which are often overlooked. This long walking tour will take people right across the Park to areas seldom visited to view various structures, which tell their own story of the development of the Park. The purpose of most is well recorded, but there are bits that we still dont understand. Perhaps you can add to our knowledge of the Park?
The Tour will depart from the Pavilion at 10.30 and will last for about 2.5 hours. Good walking boots, appropriate clothing and water will be required. Places are limited and can be booked here.
